Very concentrated, with balsamic notes, mature red fruit aromas and curry notes.

Full-bodied and fleshy, with red fruit flavours. Round and firm tannins with a powerful and exotic finish.

The grapes are fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, with scheduled remontage.

After malolactic fermentation the wine is racked into 225 litre French Oak barrels where it ages for 16 months.
