With an opaque and violet color it has a very concentrated and complex aroma where ripe black fruits (plum) predominate with an earthy touch.
Excellent volume in the mouth and very sweet and round. It has a very fresh and long finish with black fruit flavors.
The grapes come from Quinta do Orgal with certified organic winemaking. They were destemmed and vinified in 10-ton stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and programmed reassembly.
100% Alicante Bouschet
After malolactic fermentation, all wines were transferred to used 225 Lts French oak barrels where they remain for about 16 months in 26 % new and 74 % used barrels.
